Enzo Biochem Shareholders Elect Directors, Reject Exec Pay

Enzo Biochem (ENZ) has released an update to notify the public and investors about the submission of matters to a vote of security holders.

During the 2023 Annual Meeting, a quorum was established with over 87% of shareholders represented. They elected Steven J. Pully, Bradley L. Radoff, Mary Tagliaferri, M.D., and Kara Cannon to the Board for a term ending at the 2024 Annual Meeting. However, the compensation for the Company’s named executive officers was not approved in a nonbinding advisory vote. Lastly, the shareholders ratified the appointment of EisnerAmper LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending July 31, 2024.
