Enzo Biochem (ENZ) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
On January 31, 2024, Enzo Biochem, Inc. appointed Kara Cannon as Chief Executive Officer and Patricia Eckert as Chief Financial Officer, with both serving until their successors are chosen. Cannon had been the interim CEO since September 2023 and with the company since 2011, while Eckert had been the interim CFO since November 2022. Their biographies were included in the 2023 Annual Meeting proxy statement, and they have no familial ties to company executives nor are involved in any material transactions with the company.
