Enwave Corp (TSE:ENW) has released an update.
EnWave Corporation has entered into a new commercial partnership with Bounty Specialty Foods Inc., part of the Bounty Fresh Group, a key player in Southeast Asia’s protein market. This deal includes the sale of EnWave’s 10kW REV™ dehydration technology to Bounty for product development and early-stage production in the Philippines, with the promise of future purchases of larger-scale machinery pending successful initial efforts. The partnership is set to enhance Bounty’s production capabilities with EnWave’s innovative dehydration technology, and EnWave will receive royalties in line with other licenses.
