Enviva Secures Extension on Forbearance Agreements Deadline

Enviva (EVA) just unveiled an update.

The Company has successfully negotiated an extension of its Forbearance Agreements with key lenders and bondholders, pushing the expiration date from March 4, 2024, to March 11, 2024. This extension provides a temporary reprieve, giving the Company additional time to meet certain obligations and maintain compliance with the terms set by the Forbearing Counterparties.
