On January 29, 2024, the Company announced that it had received a notice of noncompliance from the NYSE. The press release issued by the Company regarding this matter is not considered “filed” under Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, nor is it subject to the liabilities of that section, and it should not be incorporated into any filings under the Securities Act of 1933 or the Exchange Act.
