EnviroSuite Director Buys Up Shares

EnviroSuite Ltd (AU:EVS) has released an update.

Envirosuite Limited has disclosed a significant increase in the number of ordinary shares held by Director Colby Manwaring, following an on-market purchase. Manwaring bought 750,000 ordinary shares at a value of $48,000, increasing his total holdings to 1,022,846 shares, while retaining 2,000,000 options exercisable at $0.20 each until December 2026. The transaction did not occur during a closed period; however, Manwaring obtained the necessary clearance to trade in line with the company’s policy.
