EnviroSuite Acquires Substantial 11.11% Stake

EnviroSuite Ltd (AU:EVS) has released an update.

EnviroSuite Limited has become a substantial holder in a company, acquiring an 11.11% voting power through 158,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares as of September 4, 2024. The shares were obtained under a standstill arrangement with Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd, as detailed in a Subscription Agreement, granting EnviroSuite control over voting and disposal of shares. No right to acquire the shares was granted to EnviroSuite as per the terms of the agreement.
