Enviro Energy International Holdings Limited has announced the redesignation of Mr. Jiang Senlin from an executive Director to a non-executive Director effective from 5 July 2024. Mr. Jiang has a robust background in finance, having held positions at Wonderland International Financial Holdings and other notable firms, and brings a wealth of experience to his new role. His appointment and director’s fee are subject to annual review, in accordance with the company’s policy.
