Pearl Global Ltd (AU:ETR) has released an update.
Environmental technology firm Entyr Limited, listed as ETR on the ASX, has entered Voluntary Administration to facilitate a business recapitalization or sale and has now transitioned control to Avior Capital. Despite the administrative challenges, the company reported customer receipts of $1.5 million for the quarter ending 31 March 2024. Entyr’s unique technology addresses the global waste tyre issue by converting end-of-life tyres into valuable commodities such as oil, carbon, and steel.
