Entheon Biomedical’s Strategic Financing Initiative

Entheon Biomedical Corp. (TSE:ENBI) has released an update.

Entheon Biomedical Corp., a biotech firm working on addiction and substance use disorders, has announced a private placement financing to raise up to CDN$147,500 through the sale of up to 2,950,000 Units. Each Unit includes a common share and a share purchase warrant, which can be exercised at CDN$0.10 per Share for five years. The funds raised will bolster the company’s general working capital.
