Enterprise Metals Limited has updated its proposed securities issuance, extending the Entitlement Offer closing date to July 12, 2024, and will announce a revised timetable separately. Information regarding new or existing security classes, including international securities identification numbers (ISIN), must be provided to ASX, with the understanding that ASX does not create ISINs for non-Australian issuaries. The company has agreed to the terms set out in the ASX Listing Rules for quoting any securities on a deferred settlement basis.
