Enterprise Group, Inc. is set to expand its financial horizons with the announcement of an amended offering that could raise up to $7 million, through the issuance of Units combining common shares and warrants. The proceeds are earmarked for the expansion of the company’s rental equipment fleet, with a focus on low emission mobile power systems, and for general corporate purposes. The anticipated closing date for this offering, which is subject to regulatory approvals, is on or about March 12, 2024.
