Shelagh E. Mahoney, a director at Enterprise Bancorp, Inc. since 2017, has announced she won’t seek re-election at the upcoming 2024 annual meeting due to other commitments. Her departure is amicable, with no disputes cited, and in response, the Board has reduced its size. Currently, there are no plans to appoint a replacement, leaving the number of directors at seventeen.
