Enteq Technologies plc has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 25, 2024, where a key resolution will be proposed to reduce the company’s capital by cancelling its share premium account balance. This move aims to give the company flexibility to make future shareholder distributions, pending court approval.
