Ensilica PLC (GB:ENSI) has released an update.
EnSilica PLC successfully completed an equity fundraising initiative, raising £4.9 million through the placement of shares to institutional investors and a subscription for additional shares. The fundraising was divided into two tranches, with the first and second placements being subject to various conditions and approvals, including a General Meeting set for 17 June 2024. The company’s directors participated in the fundraising, and a Retail Offer is also expected to be announced shortly.
