EnQuest PLC has actively bought back shares, purchasing 475,766 of its Ordinary Shares on 9 September 2024, as part of its ongoing share repurchase program initiated on 29 April 2024. Following recent transactions, the company has acquired a total of 29,422,026 shares, resulting in 1,911,502,313 Ordinary Shares in issue and a change in total voting rights to 1,886,502,313. The repurchased shares are set for distribution to the Employee Benefit Trust and cancellation in efforts to optimize shareholder value.
