Eni S.p.A. Expands Treasury Shares Holdings

Eni SPA (E) has released an update.

Eni S.p.A. has reported the acquisition of 3,957,981 treasury shares, amounting to 0.12% of its share capital, at an average price of 14.5250 euros per share, for a total investment of 57,489,684.43 euros. This move, part of the second phase of their treasury shares program initiated on June 13, 2024, serves to provide shareholders with additional remuneration beyond dividends. Considering all purchases since the program’s start on May 27, 2024, Eni now holds about 3.93% of its share capital in treasury shares.
