Eni SPA (E) has released an update.
Eni S.p.A. has reported the acquisition of 2,763,000 treasury shares, amounting to 0.08% of share capital, between June 17 and June 21, 2024, with an average purchase price of 13.8543 euros per share, totaling 38,279,462.42 euros. This move is part of the second tranche of their treasury shares program, initiated to provide additional shareholder remuneration. Following these purchases, Eni now holds 3.06% of its share capital in treasury shares.
