Eni S.p.A. Executes Treasury Shares Buyback

Eni SPA (E) has released an update.

Eni S.p.A. has reported purchasing 4,007,068 treasury shares between September 2nd and 6th, 2024, amounting to 0.12% of its share capital, at an average price of 14.3480 euros per share, for a total expenditure of approximately 57.5 million euros. This acquisition is part of a shareholder remuneration strategy beyond dividend distribution, bringing Eni’s total holdings to 4.17% of its share capital since the buyback program began on May 27, 2024.
