Eni Completes Major Treasury Share Buyback

Eni SPA (E) has released an update.

Eni S.p.A. has reported the acquisition of 2,909,826 treasury shares, representing 0.09% of its share capital, for a total of approximately €40.8 million from September 30 to October 4, 2024. This purchase is part of the second tranche of a treasury shares program initiated to provide additional shareholder remuneration. As of now, Eni holds 4.42% of its share capital in treasury shares.
