Engold Mines (TSE:EGM) has released an update.
EnGold Mines Ltd. has announced a non-brokered private placement of 4 million flow-through units to raise $320,000 for exploration at their Lac La Hache Copper-Gold Property in British Columbia. The financing will fund drilling campaigns following promising targets identified using AI and machine learning on prior exploration data. Additionally, EnGold has amended the terms of their Tam Property option, simplifying future payments into shares and cash.
