Energy World Corporation Ltd (AU:EWC) has released an update.

Energy World Corporation Ltd has announced that director Stewart William George Elliott ceased his position on July 24, 2024, as reported in the Final Director’s Interest Notice. Elliott had no registered securities at the time of his departure, although he held indirect interests in the company through Energy World International Ltd and CLSA Limited, totalling over 1.29 billion ordinary shares.
