Endurance Gold Corporation has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $4 million through the issuance of 20 million units priced at $0.20 each, which includes a share and a half warrant. The funds raised will support the company’s exploration endeavors and general corporate activities, with insider Mr. Gilliam participating significantly in the placement without a finder’s fee.
