Encounter Resources Limited has announced the issuance of 100,000 new ordinary shares following the exercise of unlisted options. The company has fulfilled all necessary regulatory reporting and disclosure obligations in connection with the share issue, which was conducted without the need for a disclosure document under the Corporations Act. This corporate action is detailed in the attached Appendix 2A and a cleansing notice.
