EMX Royalty Corporation has signed an agreement to sell its Gumsberg polymetallic project in Sweden to Alpha Future Funds, a Luxembourg-based investment firm. The deal includes cash payments, work commitments, and future royalties, with Alpha aiming to invest and further explore the historically rich Bergslagen Mining Region. This agreement offers EMX a strategic opportunity to benefit from the region’s mining legacy through future royalty payments.
