EMX Royalty Corporation has announced a significant grant of stock options and restricted share units as part of its equity incentive plan. A total of 1,442,400 incentive stock options exercisable at C$2.47 per share for five years were granted to various company stakeholders. Additionally, 647,000 restricted share units with performance criteria and 132,000 units without performance criteria were also awarded, all subject to vesting requirements and stock exchange approvals.
