EMvision Medical Devices Ltd. (AU:EMV) has released an update.

EMvision Medical Devices Ltd. has announced the issuance of new unquoted securities, including 94,646 performance rights expiring in June 2029 and 400,000 options expiring in December 2027 with an exercise price of $3.15, effective September 10, 2024. These securities are part of an employee incentive scheme and are not intended to be quoted on the ASX.
