EMV Capital plc reports that its CEO, Dr. Ilian Iliev, and Executive Director, Ed Hooper, have collectively acquired 31,335 ordinary shares of the company through their Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPP). Post-purchase, Iliev’s total shareholding amounts to 15.03% of the company, while Hooper holds 0.50%. This move underscores the management’s confidence in the deeptech and life sciences VC investment group, as they increase their personal investment in the firm’s future growth.
