Emu NL (AU:EMU) has released an update.
Emu NL has announced a fully underwritten rights issue, aiming to raise approximately $1.2 million by offering new shares to eligible shareholders at a price of $0.025 each. The offer, which allows shareholders to purchase three new shares for every five they hold, is scheduled to open on June 13, 2024, and close on June 26, 2024. Additional shares from any shortfall will be offered to eligible shareholders and other investors, with the process being managed by Martin Place Securities Pty Limited as the underwriter.
