Emu NL (AU:EMU) has released an update.
In a recent update, EMU NL reported a change in Director Gavin Alan Rutherford’s stake in the company. Rutherford acquired an additional 33,333 fully paid ordinary shares at a value of $967 through an on-market purchase. Post-acquisition, the director’s total holdings include both direct and indirect interests in fully paid and partly-paid ordinary shares.
