Empyrean Energy (GB:EME) has released an update.

Empyrean Energy PLC has announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on September 30, 2024, at Cavendish’s London office, yet the company’s 2024 Annual Report’s delay has necessitated the AGM to exclude discussions related to it. An adjourned AGM will be scheduled to address the Annual Report once it is published. In a departure from tradition, shareholders are instructed to vote electronically, with details provided, rather than receiving a proxy form by post.
