Empyrean Energy (GB:EME) has released an update.
Empyrean Energy PLC has announced a significant change in its leadership with Dr Patrick Cross stepping down as Non-Executive Chairman, a role he held during the company’s growth including its listing on the LSE AIM. He will be succeeded by Mr. John Laycock but will continue to serve on the board as a Non-Executive Director. The CEO, Tom Kelly, expressed heartfelt thanks to Dr Cross for his two decades of service and his ongoing commitment to the company.
