Empire Resources Limited (AU:ERL) has released an update.

Bill Brooks Pty Ltd, operating under the Bill Brooks Super Fund A/C, has become a significant investor in Empire Resources Limited, acquiring an 8.80% stake with 130,602,385 ordinary shares. The acquisition, which made the firm a substantial holder on May 9, 2024, involved a cash consideration of $150,000 for nearly 75 million shares. The shares are registered in the name of Bill Brooks, who is also the director and shareholder of the company.
