Michael Ruane, a director of Empire Resources Ltd, disclosed an increase in his holdings with the acquisition of 1,000,000 ordinary shares, valued at $2,546.32, via on-market purchases. The transaction, dated 1st August 2024, brought Ruane’s total share count to 540,522,357. The disclosure, made following ASX listing rules, indicates no disposal of shares and does not involve any changes in director’s interests in contracts or closed period trading.
