EML Payments Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Petrina Coventry as a new director effective from August 19, 2024. Upon her appointment, Ms. Coventry does not hold any securities in the company as either a registered holder or beneficiary. The notice provided to ASX fulfills the company’s disclosure obligations under listing rule 3.19A.1.
