Emergia Inc. has announced a significant reshuffle of its Board of Directors, with Faraj Nakhleh stepping in as the new Chairman, replacing Henri Petit who will concentrate on his role as President and CEO. The company also welcomed Hasan Shawa, Yannick Richard, and Stephen Reisler as new independent directors, following the resignation of four previous board members. Emergia, known for its development, acquisition, and management of diverse real estate properties in Canada, continues to implement its develop-to-own strategy for long-term returns.
