Emca AS has expanded its stake in Biofish Holding AS by purchasing 30,000 shares at NOK 1.20 each, bringing its total ownership to 65,000 shares. The transaction involved a related party, as Emca AS is connected to Biofish Holding’s CFO, Johnny Duedahl. This acquisition took place on the Euronext Growth Oslo trading venue on May 16, 2024.
