Embraer SA (ERJ) has released an update.
Embraer S.A. held an Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting on May 17, 2024, where shareholders approved amendments to the company’s bylaws, including updates to enhance innovation and new business areas, and increased the minimum number of independent directors. The meeting, which was conducted digitally, also confirmed the election of a new alternate member to the Board of Directors.
