Evolve Education Group Ltd (AU:EVO) has released an update.
Embark Early Education Limited, now solely focused on the Australian early childhood education market after divesting its New Zealand operations, is holding its tenth AGM and first in Australia. In the past year, the company solidified its leadership team and continued its growth, operating 29 centers with 2,627 licensed places by 2024, following a strategy that began in 2019. Shareholders have approved the company’s redomicile to Australia, and Embark has been listed on the ASX since June 2023.
