Eltek Ltd. has successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting, resulting in the re-election of several board members and the external director, the adoption of their Third Amended and Restated Compensation Policy, and the approval of various agreements and amendments pertaining to management and purchase procedures with Nistec Ltd., their controlling shareholder. Additionally, key executive compensation changes and the appointment of independent auditors for the upcoming fiscal year were confirmed.
