Elme’s shareholders conducted their annual meeting, successfully electing Jennifer S. Banner, Benjamin S. Butcher, Susan Carras, Ellen M. Goitia, Paul T. McDermott, Thomas H. Nolan, Jr., and Anthony L. Winns as trustees of the Board of Trustees to serve until the next annual meeting in 2025. Additionally, they passed a nonbinding advisory vote approving the compensation of named executive officers, endorsed the amendment and restatement of the 2016 Omnibus Incentive Plan, and ratified Ernst & Young LLP as the company’s independent accounting firm for the upcoming fiscal year.
