Ellomay Capital Ltd Ordinary Sh (IL:ELLO) has released an update.
Ellomay Capital Ltd., a renewable energy firm, reported a decrease in annual revenues from €52.2 million in 2022 to €48.8 million in 2023, mainly due to lower electricity prices in Spain and maintenance-related curtailments. Despite this, the company posted a slight increase in annual profit to €0.6 million and completed an agreement to sell a 9 MW photovoltaic plant in Israel for approximately €11.2 million, with additional potential earnings based on the plant’s future production.
