Elixirr International Plc has announced that its Directors and PDMRs have exercised options from May 2020, resulting in no equity dilution due to the shares being sourced from the Employee Benefit Trust. Notably, no Directors or PDMRs are selling their newly acquired shares, except to cover the exercise price in certain cases. The company’s Employee Benefit Trust now holds 1.5% of the issued share capital, following these transactions.
