Elixirr CEO Maintains Stake Amid Custodianship Change

Elixirr International Plc (GB:ELIX) has released an update.

Elixirr International Plc, a global management consultancy firm, has announced a reorganization of its share custodianship without affecting the beneficial ownership held by CEO Stephen Newton, who retains a 28.0% stake. The transfer of shares by Fish Hoek Company Investments Limited, solely directed by Newton, reflects no change in his significant holding of the company’s issued share capital. Elixirr, known for its innovative consulting services, continues to position itself as a formidable ‘challenger’ in the consultancy market.
