Eli Lilly & Co (LLY) has provided an update.
Eli Lilly and Company announced the resignation of Anat Ashkenazi as CFO, as she moves to a new career outside the pharmaceutical sector. Gordon Brooks, with a 29-year tenure at Eli Lilly, including roles like senior VP and chief procurement officer, will take over as interim CFO from July 15, 2024. Brooks has a rich history with the company but has no familial ties to its leadership and is uninvolved in any pertinent transactions. Ashkenazi will assist in the transition until the end of July.
