Elementos Limited has extended its Entitlement Offer closing date to October 11, 2024, and will announce the results, issue new shares and options on October 18, 2024, with new shares slated for quotation on October 21, 2024. This move aims to give investors additional time and reflects the company’s active engagement in capital market activities. Investors should anticipate the trading of these new securities on a deferred settlement basis starting October 14, 2024.
