Element79 Gold Corp. has decided to divest itself of three mining projects in Nevada, selling them to 1472886 B.C. Ltd. The deal includes a cash payment and shares totaling over half a million dollars, aligning with Element79’s strategy to focus on its key assets while maintaining a stake in the sold projects.
