Element79 Gold Extends Lucero Project Payment Terms

Element79 Gold Corp. (TSE:ELEM) has released an update.

Element79 Gold Corp. has entered into an Amending Agreement with Condor Resources to extend and increase the payment deadline for the Lucero Project in Peru, now due by June 30, 2025. This agreement allows the company to focus on advancing its key gold and silver mining project. Element79 Gold has pledged shares of Sun Silver Limited as security for the payment.
