Element Solutions (ESI) has provided an update.
Element Solutions Inc has announced that Joseph J. D’Ambrisi will step down from his role as Executive Vice President and Head of Electronics on July 1, 2024, as part of his retirement plan. He will be succeeded by Richard L. Fricke, currently a Senior Vice President within the company. D’Ambrisi will continue to advise the company through the end of the year to ensure a smooth transition.
