Electrum Discovery Corp. successfully closed the first tranche of its private placement, raising $749,020 with strong investor demand leading to an increase in the offering to $2,100,000. The funds are earmarked for the exploration of the Timok East copper-gold project in Serbia, with a focus on a maiden drill program and general working capital needs.
